Overview

CardSqueeze ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile application that helps cardholders track credit card benefits and maximize the value of their cards. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. CardSqueeze does not require you to connect a bank account or share financial credentials of any kind.

Information We Collect

CardSqueeze collects only what is necessary to operate the app:

• Account and preference data — Cards you add, benefits you track, and app settings are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (if offered in a future update).
• Purchase and subscription data — If you subscribe to CardSqueeze Premium, your subscription is managed by RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your entitlement status but do not store payment card numbers or billing details.
• Push notification tokens — If you enable notifications, a device token is used solely to deliver benefit reminders to your device. We do not use this token for advertising.
• Crash and diagnostic data — We may collect anonymous crash reports to improve app stability. These reports do not include personally identifiable information.

Information We Do Not Collect

• Bank account numbers, routing numbers, or login credentials
• Credit card numbers or CVV codes
• Social Security numbers or government ID
• Transaction history or spending data
• Location data

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the CardSqueeze app
• Deliver benefit reminder notifications you have requested
• Verify your premium subscription status via RevenueCat
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.

Third-Party Services

CardSqueeze uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — Manages in-app subscriptions. Subject to RevenueCat's own privacy policy at revenuecat.com.
• Expo / React Native — The app framework powering CardSqueeze. Expo may collect anonymous diagnostic telemetry. See expo.dev for details.
• Google Play / Apple App Store — Distribution platforms with their own privacy practices.

Data Retention and Deletion

All benefit tracking data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.

If you have a CardSqueeze Premium subscription, subscription records held by RevenueCat are subject to their data retention policies. You may request deletion by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

CardSqueeze is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
